HOURLY RATE AND FEES
Kelly Sweeney Hite bills at the rate of $345 per hour. A fee advance is always required to be paid up front by cash or check. The advance is held in the firm's trust account and applied against work performed. Any advance remaining at the conclusion of the case is refunded to the client. The firm does not accept "flat fees" in family law cases - as it is often impossible to predict how complicated a matter will be or how long it will take to bring to closure. Fee advances range from $2,500 for settlement negotiations to $10,000 for contested custody matters.
