Ms. Hite's primary goal is to accomplish a reasonable settlement of each client's family law issues. However, in cases where negotiation or the collaborative law process proves impossible or unsuccessful, Ms. Hite is prepared to aggressively represent the client's interests through litigation as necessary, in all Northern Virginia Circuit and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts.
